CHOCOLATE-PEANUT SAUCE 
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. chunk-style peanut butter
Vanilla ice cream

In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar and chocolate. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Using a whisk, blend in peanut butter. Stir occasionally as sauce cools. (Sauce will thicken as it cools.) Serve warm or cold over ice cream. If sauce is too thick when cold, stir in a little water. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
