LASAGNA 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, diced
1 clove garlic
1 lg. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 (15 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)
Lasagna noodles (I use Pa. Dutch Bott Boi noodles)

Saute onion in a small amount of oil. If you use garlic clove, grate or crush it and add it to the onion. Brown meat and add to the onion and garlic. Then add Ragu sauce and tomato sauce. Simmer about 20 minutes. Spread a thin layer of sauce in oblong pan (I use 9 x 13 inch), then a layer of noodles (cooked and drained). Spread cheese for next layer and repeat each layer until all is gone. Last layer of meat sauce you can sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
