CHICKEN `N POTATO SALAD 
12 very sm. new potatoes
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. bite-size chicken pieces
1 c. thin julienne strips raw zucchini (optional)
1/2 c. cherry tomato halves (optional)
Pepper & paprika

Cut potatoes into halves and cook in boiling salted water 6-8 minutes, until just tender; drain well. Combine next 5 ingredients until smooth. Toss all ingredients together. Season with pepper and paprika.
