POTATO - CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked, cubed potatoes
1 c. cooked chicken, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. green onion
1/2 c. radish
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt

Gently toss together all the ingredients. Cover and chill for several hours. Makes 8 cups.
