SWISS CHICKEN QUICHE 
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
9 inch pie shell, pricked
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated (4 oz.)
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 c. milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pie shell 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce oven to 350 degrees.

In medium bowl toss cheese with flour and bouillon. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake 40-45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
