SOUPED UP FISH 
1 env. onion soup (dry)
1 c. water
1 c. tomato paste (or ketchup)
1 c. sliced canned carrots
1 c. canned green beans
1 lb. fish (haddock, cod, or swordfish)

Blend soup and water; add veggies with fish on top. Simmer 10 minutes; turn once. Stir in a little basil (optional). Arrange fish and veggies in oblong casserole; cover with sauce. Microwave for 10 minutes more, turning over once. Serves 2. Serve over rice or potato.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
