BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, well beaten
2 slices Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli without salt. In a bowl combine soup, milk, mayonnaise, egg and cheese; mix well. Drain broccoli and mix with soup mixture in bowl. Put mixture in a baking dish. Mix bread crumbs and butter together. Put on top of broccoli. BAke at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
