BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, cut into flowerets
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts (pecans)
1/2 c. purple onion, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Mix dressing and let stand overnight. Just before serving pour dressing on combined ingredients. Top with several slices of cooked crumbled bacon.
