NUTTY BROCCOLI SALAD 
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp. oil and vinegar or Italian type dressing
2 c. raw broccoli, washed and chopped
1/2 of med. red onion, coarsely chopped
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped pecans

In a bowl, thin mayonnaise with dressing. Add remaining ingredients, except pecans. Toss to coat with dressing. Salt and pepper to taste. Add pecans just before serving. (I lightly toast my pecans either in the microwave or regular oven for extra crunchiness.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
