BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, wash and drain; use florets only
1 med. red onion, sliced thin
12-14 slices bacon, fry crisp, drain and break into bite size pieces
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar or 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Mix dressing night before or at least 6-7 hours ahead. Refrigerate. Pour over other ingredients just before serving.
