PEO CAKE 
1 lg. pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
4 lg. eggs (may use egg substitute)
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3/4 c. water

Pour, after mixing, into 9"x13"x2" greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Prick with 2 prong kitchen fork. Dribble over top 1/2 cup orange juice with 2 cups powdered sugar or 1/4 cup lemon juice with 2 cups confectioners' sugar.
