RED VELVET CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 c. Wesson oil
Substitute buttermilk for water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cocoa
2 bottles red food coloring

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix for 5 minutes. Pour batter in 3 round cake pans and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Frost with cream cheese.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
