EASY COFFEE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (or substitute 1 c. buttermilk plus 2 tbsp. oil)
1/2 c. oil
1 box coconut pudding
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first 5 ingredients together one at a time. In a separate bowl, mix together last 3 ingredients. Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan. Put 1/2 of batter in pan. Spread with 1/2 of nut mixture. Add the rest of the batter. Add the rest of the nut mixture. Swirl with a knife. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
