1 box yellow instant cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. mixture (1/2 sugar & 1/2 cinnamon)
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. finely chopped apples (optional)
1/2 c. oil

Mix at medium speed for 4 minutes all the above ingredients, except sugar mixture, nuts and apples. Put in 9 inch spring pan, 1/3 at a time, adding sugar, nuts and apples at each layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
