EASY YELLOW RICE 
1 c. uncooked rice
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. real butter
1 pinch of saffron
Dash of granulated garlic
2 c. water

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil uncovered, quickly stir. Reduce heat to lowest stove setting. Cover for 15 minutes. Shut off stove after 10 minutes. Do not uncover until a full 15 minutes. Keep covered until ready to serve. Fluff. Makes 2 cups.
