2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla or coconut extract
Sprinkle top with colored sprinkles

Mix all ingredients.

Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees 8 to 10 minutes.
