2 1/2 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. sliced almonds 1/2 c. sesame seeds 1/2 c. sunflower seeds 1/2 c. shredded coconut 1/4 c. wheat germ 1/4 c. flour 1/4 c. dry milk 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. tsp. salt 1/2 c. raisins In large bowl, combine oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut, wheat germ, flour, dry milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon. In a small bowl, mix oil, honey, and salt; pour over dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Spread in a rimmed baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Stir in the raisins the last 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Store in air- tight container. May be stored at room temperature several months. May also be frozen. Makes 5 cups. |
