FRUIT CUSTARD PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
2 c. fruit (cut up) or berries

Dot fruit with 2 tablespoons butter.

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 325 degrees, bake for 30 minutes more.
