COOL PUDDING DESSERT 
1 stick melted butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix and press into Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool.

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip (use only half now)

Blend and pour on top of cooled crust.

2 pkgs. instant pudding mix (you can use any flavor but chocolate or pistachio are best)
3 c. milk

Mix pudding and milk and beat until thick. Pour over cream cheese. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Chill until firm.
