COOL PUDDING DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. pecans
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. bowl Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
2 c. milk

1ST LAYER: 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 stick butter and 1/2 cup pecans; mix like pie crust, pat on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER: Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 bowl of Cool Whip. Pour on 1st layer.

3RD LAYER: Mix together chocolate pudding and milk, will be thick. Pour on 2nd layer. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with grated chocolate.
