COOL LEMON DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c confectioners' sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding mix

Mix flour, butter and nuts. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degree oven until light brown. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix pudding as directed. Pour over cheese mixture. Let sit in refrigerator about an hour or more. Top with rest of Cool Whip.
