EGGS BENTLEY 
English muffins
6 scrambled eggs, not dry
White sauce
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. jar dried beef, chopped fine

Toast muffin halves, top with 2 tablespoons scrambled eggs, spread 1 heaping tablespoon of white sauce and beef over eggs, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in 400 degree oven until cheese is melted. These can be frozen before cooking. You can also cook these in a toasted oven or microwave on low setting.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

Add enough milk to make gravy consistency. Add dried beef.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
