POTATO HOTDISH 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
5 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
8 slices mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Render fat from hamburger; drain. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano, onions and sugar. Stir cheese soup and milk together. Add potatoes and hamburger. Put hamburger potato mixture in pan. Dot with butter. Pour tomato sauce over all. Cover and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and put slices of mozzarella cheese over hotdish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven for 15 minutes.
