MOM'S TUNA HOTDISH 
1 (8 oz.) box noodles, cooked
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 can peas
2 c. grated cheese
2 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) cans tuna
Buttered bread crumbs or cereal

In buttered casserole dish put noodles, peas, tuna and cheese in layers, repeat until all ingredients are used up. Mix soup and milk together and pour over top and sprinkle bread crumbs over top and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

I love this recipe, I've been making a variation of it for years. I'm a vegetarian, so I use a can of chickpeas in place of the tuna. I also use crushed up potato chips instead of breadcrumbs/cereal. It's not the healthiest recipe, but it reminds me of all the tuna hotdishes I had growing up in Minnesota!
