MEXICAN PIZZA HOTDISH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
2 c. Cheddar cheese
4 c. thawed hash browns
1/4 tsp. pepper & salt
1 can tomato soup (or sauce)
2 c. mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper

Brown hamburger with the onion. Put all ingredients in a bowl except the mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. Mix well. Then pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Add tomato sauce on top. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 5-10 minutes more. Cool a few minutes prior to cutting and serving.
