STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
5 or 6 med. green peppers
1 lb. ground cooked hamburger
1/2 c. rice, washed
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 c. water

Wash peppers. Cut off stem end and remove seeds. Mix hamburger, rice, egg, milk, celery, onion and seasonings together thoroughly. Stuff peppers and place in casserole. Blend tomato soup and water, then pour around stuffed peppers. Cover casserole and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
