RAW APPLE BREAD 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil

Mix together.

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. raw apples, peeled and chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 pineapple juice

Mix all together and bake in 2 loaf pans at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

Glaze:

1/4 c. pineapple juice
Powdered sugar

Combine and pour over hot bread.
