GRILLED SHRIMP | |
1 1/2 lb. jumbo shrimp zesty Italian salad dressing (Kraft) Cajun seasoning salt (Tony's) metal skewers Peel, de-vein, and wash shrimp. Place shrimp in a large casserole dish and empty contents of zesty Italian dressing until shrimp are submerged. Place dish in refrigerator and marinate for a minimum of 3 hours. Grill shrimp on skewers for 1 1/2 minutes each side or longer depending on grill temperature. Charcoal is preferred but propane will work as well. As you flip the skewers apply Cajun seasoning to taste. Serve with salad and corn on the cob. Submitted by: Jim Spivey |
