TOFFEE TOPPED PEACHES (ENGLISH) | |
16 oz. can peach halves Whipping cream 6 oz. brown sugar Drain the peaches and lay in the bottom of an oven proof dish, reserving one for decoration. Lightly whip the cream and spread over the peaches. Chill. Just before serving sprinkle over the sugar, broil until the sugar melts. Cut remaining peach half in slices, place slices on top of sugar in a star pattern and serve immediately. |
