Chicken wings Hot sauce Butter Sugar Ketchup Spl it chicken wings. Season your chicken to desired taste. Preheat grease; do not flour the chicken parts. In a saucepan melt a stick of butter, then add desired amount of hot sauce, 2 to 3 tbsp. ketchup and 1 1/2 tbsp. of sugar. After frying unfloured wings, drain excess grease from chicken, then dip cooked wing parts into the sauce. Place completed wings in oven on low temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. |
