SKILLET CRANBERRIES 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar (white or brown or half of each)
1/4 c. brandy (any flavor)

Spread cranberries in large iron skillet. Sprinkle sugar over berries and stir. Bake at 250-275 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and pour brandy over berries. Serve warm or cold.
