CANTALOUPE ICE CREAM 
1 ripe cantaloupe
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. scalded milk

Peel, seed and chunk cantaloupe. Put in food processor and blend until smooth. Beat eggs and sugar together, whisk in milk. Cook in double boiler, stirring until thick. Cool and add to the processed cantaloupe. Process until smooth. Freeze in an ice cream maker, following manufacturers instructions. Makes 1 quart.
