JACKIE'S FAVORITE GOULASH 
2 lbs. top round steak
2 green peppers
1 onion
2 celery stalks
2 cans tomato soup
1 sm. can tomato paste
Salt and pepper
Flour
Oil

Cut steak into small pieces. Salt and pepper meat, and flour. Brown in oil in a Dutch oven pot. Add diced pepper, onion and celery. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water, 2 cans tomato soup and 1 small can tomato paste. Stir often. Add more water, if needed.

Serve over elbow macaroni. Serves 4-6.
