3/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. lemon juice

In mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Blend thoroughly with wire whisk. Add honey and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
