I liked the concept of this recipe for Easter. Balance the menu of ham and macaroni & cheese with broccoli in a honey mustard sauce. However, I knew I needed to kick it up for a holiday treat. I used melted butter in place of the water. Melt it in the microwave, then whisk in the honey & mustard and toss with the steamed broccoli. The kids table polished off the extras!
