Make them into small balls, flatten them a bit, and jam a frozen cranberry into the center of each one just before sticking in the oven. Lovely!

My family's vegetarian so this worked out amazingly well. I added only a tbsp. of cocoa so it would have a hint of chocolates and I put in choco chips. AMAZING!

OK are y'all ready for this! I added the water and baking powder as suggested along with a 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 2 tsp of nutmeg and 2 tables spoons of oil. Talk about Christmas, it is delicious! They almost taste like teacakes, if you know what those are. This is a keeper!

These cookies are absolutely yummy. I added some leftover pumpkin pie filling to the batter to give it a little pop of flavor and they were divine :)

In the evening I tried these cookies, as I was looking for some eggless cookie recipe. Well I added 2 tbsp of coco powder and water. But the only problem was, how long I need to bake. As these were dark colored already, so couldn't rely on "browning" idea. So I baked for 16 mins on 170°C, in fan assisted oven. Taste wise awesome. Taking out one star, for not mentioning exact time of cooking.

I promised my hubby some cookies, and forgot and used up all the eggs for our salad. So I went looking. These seemed super easy, I went for the 2 tbsp. of cocoa and 1/2 tsp of baking powder, and added about 1 tbsp. extra sugar, 2 extra tsps. water and some chocolate chips! Delicious, will make these again, perhaps even if we have eggs!

Very good! I added some cinnamon, also, to give it some extra taste. Also, I made some cinnamon frosting for the top, and added small chunks of chocolate. Minus the chocolate, I'm pretty sure it's vegan. :)

Butter isn't vegan...

Great Recipe..I added some dedicated coconut and it tasted more like "Arnotts - Scotch Finger".

But the mix was of loose consistency so could not use cookie cutter. My cookies were slightly shapeless :)

Lush :) I added about 2 tbsp. of butterscotch syrup, and 1 tbsp. of peanut butter (instead of water) and let them go a little bit crispy, yum!

Delish! Of course we added my 7-yr old touches. A Dash of cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, zest of lemon and 1 plus tsp. of lemon juice. 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. of baking soda. We rolled in a cinnamon sugar mixture. Yum!

Wow listened to others comments. Made these cookies, add 1 tsp. of baking powder, used 2 tsp. of water, added a couple of tbsp. of brown sugar, and almond extract, instead of vanilla, along with chocolate chips. Delicious. Better than regular chocolate chip cookies. My husband loves them.
