4 eggs
5 c. homogenized milk
4 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs until stiff, adding sugar a little at a time. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into ice cream freezer. Makes one gallon.
