EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4-5 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
Dash of oregano

Cook and debone chicken. Cut in bite size pieces. Mix soup and sour cream, pour over chicken. Crush crackers and spread over soup mixture. Pour melted butter over crackers. Cook at 300 degrees for 1 hour, sprinkle oregano over top. Serves 8.
