EASY HEALTHY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
4 single stalks celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Durkee fried onions
1/2 c. rice

Fry and drain ground beef and then saute onions and celery. When done add to ground beef. Add both soups and rice. Stir together and put in casserole dish and cover. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Take out and pour over the top of casserole the can of fried onions. Put back in oven for 10 minutes uncovered. Then serve.
