GOLD NUGGETS 
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1 1/2" pieces
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. leaf thyme or 1/4 tsp. ground thyme

Dip chicken pieces into melted butter, then roll them in crumb mixture. Roll like a jelly roll with cut side down. Place on foil-lined cookie sheet with and bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. 4 servings.
