LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Pinch of salt
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (juice of pineapple may be used as part of the water)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, broken in small pieces

Dissolve jello with water. Crumble cheese into hot mixture and whip until smooth. Add salt and cool. Add celery, nuts and pineapple. Pour into mold or dish (approximately 8x8) which has been greased with salad dressing or mayonnaise. Chill until firm.
