HAM BALLS 
1 1/4 lbs. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
10 to 12 whole cloves

Yield: 21 to 24 meatballs.

Combine meat, eggs, bread, milk, and salt. shape into egg shaped balls and place in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Combine Sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a full boil. Pour over the meatballs and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Turn balls over and bake for another 45 minutes. Meatballs should be a nice, caramel color; if not, bake a little longer. May be frozen.
