GRILLED TURKEY WITH LEMON HERB
MARINADE
 
1 lb. breast of turkey (I use turkey cutlet)
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. instant minced onions
1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Cut turkey into 4 (1/2") slices; place in shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over turkey. Cove rand refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Grill turkey 3" to 4" from hot coals, about 10 minutes, turning once. 4 servings.

Broiler Method: Prepare as above. Place on broiler pan. Broil 3" to 4" from heat, about 10 minutes, turning once.
