GRILLED TURKEY STEAKS 
2 1/2 to 3 pounds boneless uncooked turkey breast, cut into 1 1/2 inch thick steaks.

MARINADE:

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper

CASHEW BUTTER:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. coarsely chopped cashews
2 tbsp. lemon juice
