TURKEY ON THE GRILL 
stick butter
c. vinegar
tsp. salt
tbsp. crushed red pepper
tsp. black pepper

Heat grill to about 350°F. Place turkey in pan with 1/2-inch sides; salt and pepper the whole turkey. Put about 1/8 to 1/4-inch water in pan. Place in grill with cover closed and let the water cook off. Do not open the grill for the first hour.

Heat the butter, vinegar, salt, red pepper and black pepper in a saucepan on the stove. Baste the turkey every 30 minutes after the first hour. Grilling time approximately 3 hours.

For a crisp turkey, do not cover with foil. Enjoy!!!
