GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
1 c. minced green pepper
2-4 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle Certo (2 pkg.)
Green food coloring

Puree in blender the first 3 ingredients. Stir in the sugar. Bring to a rolling boil that cannot be settled down. Remove from heat and let sit 10 minutes. Skim off the froth, stir in the Certo and food coloring to suit. Put in hot, sterile jars and seal. This is great spread over cream cheese and serve with crackers. Makes 6 to 7 pints.
