TANGY BROWN RIBS 
2 lbs. country style or farmer's ribs or 6 pork chops
Wesson oil
Salt
Pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce

Place meat in baking dish. Brush with Wesson oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Drain off fat. Combine onion, vinegar, sugar, and mustard. Spread over meat. Pour on Hunt's tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done, basting occasionally with sauce. Serves 6.
