TERI'S PANCAKES 
1 c. wheat flour
1 c. milk (any kind)
1 egg
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil

Fry on hot griddle with bit of oil. Pour mixture, well stirred, into hot griddle in amounts the size you wish to eat. In a minute, when air holes remain in uncooked side of cake and edges are brown underneath, flip pancake to its other side with pancake flipper one time. It cooks for another minute until done. This recipe makes a few pancakes, plenty for 1 hungry person. Double and so amounts for more people. Also, you can add fruits, meats, nuts to batter when mixing.
