MACADAMIA NUT CREAM PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
Sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1-1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Cream cheese in bowl. Add 1/2 cup milk and beat slowly but well. Add pudding and blend with remainder of milk. Beat slowly for 1 minute. Fold in nuts and coconut. Pour in graham cracker crust. Top with whipped cream.
