BLONDE BROWNIES 
1 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. hot water
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 sm. pkg. chocolate chips

Place in 9 x 9 inch pan after mixing. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
